  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • U.S. delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • International delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination

🔁 Returns & Refunds

When Can I Return My Order?

  • You may return an item only if it arrives damaged
  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., name pendants, engraved jewelry)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

📦 Exchanges
